Before booking please review our terms and conditions


Weekend Hire - Friday afternoon to Sunday Morning. Standard charge (for weddings, parties etc). $400
Friday Evening Only $150
Weekday Casual Hire, per hour $25/hr
Weekday Meeting Room Hire - All day $150
Regular Booking Hire, per hour - Miniumum of 1hr weekly for 1 term, set up and cleanup time must be included $20/hr
Use of Audio/Lighting equipment $100
Discount for MCFC members 10%
Discounts are available for community and charitable groups, or for last minute bookings (if booked one month or less ahead). Contact us

A bond of up to $800 is payable against loss, breakage, or damage to Club premises or equipment.

The bond covers damage caused by:

  • the hirer
  • the guests of the hirer
  • persons engaged by the hirer
  • equipment, electrical or otherwise used by them
  • Should the premises not be left in a clean condition, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the bond.

A discount is available for MCFC members and may also be negotiated for long-term bookings and local community "not for profit" functions.
